Karol Kula is a graduate of the Koszalin University of Technology and WSB Merito University in Wrocław, where he studied management. He has over 20 years of experience in company building and sales management, from startups to listed companies. He specialises in developing international markets in the high-tech sector, working with companies in the space, automotive, IT and heavy industry sectors. He has managed million-dollar contracts, which confirms his negotiation skills and strategic approach to business.

Michał Murawski graduated from the Military University of Technology with a master’s degree and a doctorate in materials engineering. He has been active in the new technology industry since 2010, initially as an expert in fibre optic technology and later as a technology manager. He has more than 10 years of experience in research and development, which has resulted in more than 10 patents and patent applications and 50 scientific publications. By 2024, he had completed more than 80 R&D relief projects, saving clients more than PLN 100 million. He has worked in the automotive, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, IT, construction and chemical processing industries, among others.

Dominik Gladys is a graduate of the Opole University of Technology with over 15 years of experience in technology organisations and consulting companies specialising in innovation financing.
In his career, he has finalised more than 100 contracts, bringing clients more than PLN 80 million in financial benefits. His mission is to support the development of innovative ventures and create added value for people and their businesses. With his experience and commitment, Dominik strives to improve processes that help companies reach their full potential.

Adam Przepolski graduated in Finance and Accounting from the Cracow University of Economics and Università Politecnica delle Marche.
For more than 10 years, he has been involved in analysis and consulting in various industries such as machine manufacturing, IT, automation and chemical industry. He works with multinational companies and companies listed on the WSE, supporting R&D departments with technical and financial advice. He works with the latest technologies on a daily basis, constantly expanding his knowledge to provide clients with the most optimal solutions.

Tomasz Stańczyk graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in ‘Electronics, Informatics and Information Technology’ with a specialisation in electronics.
He started his career as an engineer developing fibre-optic sensors and over time managed R&D projects in photonics and electronics. He is a respected expert in accounting for R&D and other pro-innovation reliefs. As a team leader for supporting entrepreneurs in accounting for R&D relief, he has worked with companies in industries such as pharmaceuticals, automation, IT, FMCG, automotive and many others.

Wojciech Popardowski, specializes in managing pro-innovation tax relief projects, including R&D and IP Box. He has completed 50 projects, generating PLN 52 million in savings for clients, including PLN 14 million for the R&D sector. He has worked with SMEs and large corporations in sectors such as automotive, chemical, and pharmaceutical. He has successfully completed 32 projects for obtaining EU grants, securing over PLN 5 million in funding for the largest project. In total, he has obtained over PLN 300 million for clients’ investment and training projects. He is also a co-author of publications on pro-innovation tax relief and grants.
